Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Centre for Sustainable Development Project (CSDP), we are grateful for your donations and support that help us empower rural communities.

Donation Refund Policy

Donations made online will not be refunded under normal circumstances. We request you to carefully review the amount before making the donation.

However, if an erroneous duplicate transaction occurs due to a technical glitch from the payment gateway or bank, the donor can reach out to us within 7 days of the transaction.

Process for Review

• Please send an email to csdpngo46@gmail.com with your transaction reference number and proof of duplicate deduction.
• Our finance team will review your request and, upon verification with the payment gateway, initiate the refund for the duplicate transaction.
• The refunded amount typically reflects in the original payment method within 7-10 business days, subject to banking procedures.

Cancellation

Once a successful donation is completed and the 80G receipt is generated, the transaction cannot be cancelled.
