Since 2008, CSDP has focused on grassroot interventions in Dharmapuri and Krishnagiri districts. By organizing communities, supporting agriculture, and ensuring financial inclusion, we are facilitating sustainable growth.

Socio-Economic Empowerment

Through our network of 420+ Self Help Groups (SHGs), we have successfully mobilized savings of over ₹89 Lakhs. This financial foundation (Organisation) allows rural women to access small loans, escape the cycle of high-interest local money lenders, and build financial independence.

Capacity Building & Training

Over 7,675 women have participated in our leadership programs, financial literacy workshops, and skill-building sessions. We equip participants with essential skills in group governance, record maintenance, and bank transaction handling to build confident community leaders.

Sustainable Agriculture Support

We actively promote eco-friendly organic farming to restore soil health and lower production costs. Farmers receive hands-on training in organic manure preparation, water management, and the cultivation of drought-resistant small grains to increase agricultural yield.

Micro-Entrepreneurship

CSDP acts as a catalyst for local business growth by assisting trained women in starting small enterprises. From tailoring units and grocery shops to goat rearing and dairy farming, our micro-enterprise programs help diversify rural family incomes.
